WW pizza Crust

A easy and great pizza crust. Makes 2 pizzas. 6 points for each pizza crust.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup self rising flour
- 1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour and yogurt together. Stir until mixed. Knead on a floured surface and then divide into two portions.
Step 2
Roll out very thin. Form into a pizza circle.
Step 3
Put on pam sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 450 for 5 minutes until it browns a little.
Step 4
Take out and put on sauce, meat and veggies and then cheese. I used low moisture part skim mozzarella, tomato sauce seasoned with Italian spice and oregano and turkey pepperoni. Tomato sauce had no points but cheese
had 3 and pepperoni for 12 slices had 2 points
Step 5
Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes until crust is browned and cheese is melted.
