Ingredients

  • 1/2 c butter
  • 2 T Worchestershire Sauce
  • 2 t smoked paprika
  • 1 to 2 t chili powder
  • 1 t onion powder
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 1/2 t ground cumin
  • 1/2 t dried thyme crushed
  • 8 c popped unsalted popcorn
  • 1 1/2 c corn chips
  • 1 1/2 c bite sized cheese crackers
  • 1 c sesame sticks
  • 1 c plain crunchy corn kernel snacks

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 275. In a small saucepan melt butter and stir in Worchestershire sauce, paprika, chili, onion and garlic powders, cumin and thyme. In a roasting pan, combine all popcorn, corn chips, crackers, sesame sticks and crunchy corn kernel snacks. Pour butter mixture over popcorn mixture. Stir to coat.

Step 2

Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring every 10 minutes. Transfer to a large piece of foil. Let cool completely. Store in airtight container up to 2 days or freeze up to 1 month.
