Ingredients
- Onions
- Butter
- Cayanne pepper (to taste)
- Chicken breast cut into strips or 1/2" pieces
- Thai Sauce from Trader Joe's
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions
Step 2
Melt butter in pan
Step 3
Add chicken and saute until cooked
Step 4
Add 1/2 bottle of sauce and put on low heat
Add Cayanne pepper and simmer for 1/2 hour
Step 5
Add rest of bottle and simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
