Ingredients
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 8-oz. package cream cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 lb. cooked shrimp, diced
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup minced onion
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the gelatin, soup and water. Stir until the gelatin dissolves. Put this mixture into a blender with the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth. Add the shrimp, celery and onion. Pour into a large mold. Chill until it sets. Unmold and serve with crackers.
