Ingredients
- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 bacon slices
- 2 Tbsp Bleu cheese salad dressing
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch thick slices.
Step 2
Place cauliflower steaks on baking sheet, brush with olive oil. You want the surface just lightly coated so it gets caramelized. Season with salt & pepper. Place bacon slices on pan along with any extra floret crumbles. Roast for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Place cauliflower on 2 plates. Drizzle with dressing, top with crumbled bacon & serve.
