Ham with mustard and brown sugar

Ingredients

• 15 lb whole bone in ham
• 1 lb brown sugar
• 1/2 cup yellow mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Mix brown sugar and mustard into a paste

Step 2

Spread paste on ham. Wrap with tinfoil and bake.
