Creamy Miso Ginger Dressing

Ingredients

  • 4 oz low fat silken tofu
  • 2 tbsp light miso
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tsp lite soy sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp dark sesame oil

Preparation

Step 1

Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until mixture is smooth. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
