Ingredients
- 1/3 cup lite soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 - 2 lbs pork tenderloin
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together first 8 ingredients. Place pork in shallow dish; add marinade, turning pork to coat. Cover and chill 8 hours. Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade. Place in an aluminum foil-lined roasting pan.
Step 2
Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers 160 degrees. Let pork stand for at least 5 minutes.
