Ingredients

• 1 package egg roll wrappers
• 4 bags cole slaw
• 1 large onion, sauted
• duck sauce
• salt,pepper,sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Saute cole slaw with salt , pepper, and a little sugar(can freeze). 2. Defrost wrappers and add cole slaw mixture. 3. Spread extra slaw on top of egg rolls and then onion and a drizzle of duck sauce. 4. Bake at 350 till tops are browning. Serve with duck sauce on the side.
