Ingredients

  • 5 1/2 pounds fresh pumpkins
  • 32 oz. heavy cream
  • 3 oz. sugar
  • 5 oz. gouda cheese
  • S&P
  • 2 qrts. water

Preparation

Step 1

Buy a pumpkin of 8lbs. Cut up, remove seeds, cut in cubes, peel. Boil the cubes for 35-45 mins. or till soft. Separate the pumpkin and blend pumpkin meat. Return the pumpkin meat back to boiling water, add heavy cream, sugar, S&P to taste. Finish with shredded gouda cheese.
