Ingredients
- 2 large peaches, peeled, pitted, chopped (about 2 1/2 cups)
- 1 1/3 cup each blueberries, raspberries & blackberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 T plus 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 5 T unsalted butter
Preparation
Step 1
350 Butter 8x8 square dish. Toss fruit, sugar and 2 Tflour in large bowl to combine. Transfer to dish. Bake fruit till juice bubbles about 40 mins. stirring ocassionally. Bake another 5 mins without stirring. Remove from oven
Step 2
Increase oven temp to 400. Meanwhile, whisk remaining flour, sugar, cinnamon, ginger & salt. Add butter and rub in with fingertips until small moist clumps form. Sprinkle on hot fruit. Bake crisp until topping is golden brown, about 20 mins.
