Ingredients
- 1 - 2 lbs flank steak
- 1/2 cup EVOO
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp. red pepper - crushed
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
Preparation
Step 1
In a gallon ziplock bag, combine all ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Add steak and refrigerate 2 hrs. or up to 24 hrs. Grill steak.
