Ingredients
- 1/2 to 3/4 lb. scallops
- 3 T butter, divided
- 3/4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. chives
- 1/8 tsp. tarragon
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- dash black pepper
- 2 T dried bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
350. Place scallops in greased 1 qrt. baking dish. Mix 2 T melted butter, lemon juice, and seasonings. Drizzle over scallops. Mix crumbs with remaining melted butter, sprinkle over top. Bake uncovered, until scallops are opaque, 20-25 mins.
