Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. white cake mix
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs - beaten
  • 3 T either anise, lemon, or vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Blend cake mix and flour, add water, oil, eggs, and flavoring. Mix well until smooth dough forms and not sticky.

Step 2

Form rounds balls and place in lightly greased pans. Bake 350, 10-12 mins or until lightly brown. Do not over bake!

Step 3

Mix 1 cup confectionary sugar, a few T milk and 1 T softened butter, until soft icing. Frost cookies when cooled and dip tops with chopped nuts or coconut
