Ingredients

  • 1 lb 90% lean ground beef
  • 1 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 T ketchup
  • 1 T worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • For Topping: 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 T packed brown sugar
  • 1 T red wine vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

350 . Combine everything in large bowl and mush all together until well combined. Add to loaf pan and pat down to even layer.

Step 2

In a small bowl mix topping together and pour sauce over top evenly. Bake uncovered 60 mins, let rest about 10 mins before serving or it will fall apart.
