Ingredients
- 1 LB. Beef
- 1/2 cup Chopped Onions
- 1/4 Cup Margarine
- 2 T Flour
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1/4 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Can (4 oz.) Mushrooms Stems & pieces or 8 Med. Mushrooms
- 1 Can Cr. of Mushroom or 1 Can of Chix Soup
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
Preparation
Step 1
Place Beef,Chopped onions, and Margarine in a frying pan and Brown over medium heat.
Then stir in Flour,salt,garlic,pepper,and Mushrooms
Stir constantly for five minutes heating to boil. Then addCream of soup.
Reduce heat and uncover the pan for ten minutes.
Then stir in Sour Cream.
