Ingredients
- 1 envelope Lipton Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/3 cup Hot Water
- 1 pound Boneless Chicken Breast
- 3/4 cup Crushed Herb Croutons or Stuffing mix
- 1 tbs melted Butter
- this recipe serves two, so double for more.
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 375
In medium bowl, blend soup mix and hot water.
Dip chicken into soup mixture - then the crumbs, coating well.
Place in shallow baking dish - drizzle with melted butter.
Bake 45 minutes or until done; should be a golden brown crust.
