Ingredients
- 4 bone-in center-cut pork chops (1 lb.)
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbs peach or apricot preserves
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degrees
Place chops in 8-inch square baking dish.
Mix remaining ingredients; and spoon over chops.
Bake 45 minutes or until chops are done (160 degrees).
Serve with baked potato and steamed broccoli.
