  • 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 3/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs*
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup ketchup

Preparation

Step 1

1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; shape into loaf.
2. Arrange in slow cooker and cook covered on LOW 6 to 8 hours or HIGH 4 to 6 hours or until done. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

HELPFUL HINT...To ease removal of meat loaf, fold two 24-inch long pieces of aluminum foil in half lengthwise, then in half again. Arrange aluminum foil criss-cross in bottom of slow cooker, letting ends hang outside. To remove meat loaf, carefully lift aluminum foil.
