Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup whey protein
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow bits
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Mix everything but the marshmallow bits and chocolate chips until blended. If it feels too sticky, add more oats. If it feels too dry and crumbly, add more peanut butter or honey.
Stir in marshmallow bits and chocolate chips.
Roll into 1 inch balls.
Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
