- 2 large chicken breasts
- salt and pepper
- 8 asparagus spears
- 1/2 cup shredded mozz
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs

Step 1
preheat oven to 375. grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
pound each breast to 1/4 inch thickness. take balsamic vinegar and brush the inside of chicken with it. sprinkle garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper. add asparagus spears and mozz. roll chicken up and place seam side down in prepared dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
can use extra asparagus with garlic chopped to use as garnish.
bake in preheated oven until done about 25min
