Greek Calzones

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • 1 lb lamb
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • Cavendar's seasoning
  • mozzarella
  • feta(optional)
  • Greek seasoning
  • Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425*

Brown lamb with onions and garlic. While cooking, sprinkle liberally with Cavendar's. Drain. Roll out pizza dough into 2 rectangles. You can make more, smaller, single serving ones. Put lamb mixture onto one half of the rectangle. Top with mozzarella and Feta. Fold dough over lamb mixture and use fork to seal. Brush top with olive oil and sprinkle with Greek seasoning and Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown.
