Ingredients
- Pastry dough
- 1 stick butter
- 1 3ounce cream, cheese
- 1 cp flour
- Filling
- 3/4 cp brown sugar
- 2 tbls butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup choppede pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Make the pastry dough: In a med bowl use an electric mixer to combine the butter and cream cheese. Add the flour and mix until smooth. Place the edough in the refrigerator until firm, about 30 min.
Preheat the oven to 350
Remove the pastry ddough from the refrigerator and roll it into 24 balls. Press and flatten into ungreasedee mini-muffin tins. Be careful to not make the bottom of the shell too thin.
If it breaks, the filling will seep out and stick to the pan.
Make the filling: In a med bowl combine the brown sugar, butter, vanilla, and egg, mixing well. Add the pecans and fill the pastry shell/
Bake 30 Min. cool before removing from the tins.
