Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb shrimp, peeled
  • 1 4oz can mushroom stems/pcs, drained
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup margerine
  • 8 oz fettucicini, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1/2 c sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

In large saucepan saute shrimp, mushrooms, garlic powder, salt and pepper in butter for 3-5 minutes.

Stir in fettuccine, parmesan cheese, milk and sour cream.

Cook over medium ehat for 3-5 minutes or until heated through.

Do not boil.

*Scallops or crab may be substituted for half of the shrimp.
