Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 (6 oz cans) tomato paste
- 1 (10 1/2 oz can) beef broth
- 2 1/2 qt water
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 1 (10 oz) pkg frozen peas and carrots
- 2 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp rosemary leaves
- 1 lb kidney beans, drained
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook garlic, onion and celery in oil. Stir in tomato paste and next 7 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Cook 15 minutes longer. Garnish with cheese.
