Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 3/4 cup cocoa
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• 2/3 cup vegetable oil
• 4 eggs lightly beaten
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

In a mixing bowl combine first 6 ingredients (*).
In another bowl combine oil, eggs, vanilla and add to dry mixture. Mix only until all ingredients are well moistened, DO NOT over mix, fold in nuts.
Spread in greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 20-25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean
