Rancher's Steak with Grilled Pepper & Onions

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 TBS chili powder
- 1 beef sirloin steak (1lb), 1" thick
- 1 each red and yellow pepper, each cut lengthwise into quarters
- 1 red onion, cut crosswise into 4 thick rings
- 1/3 cup bbq sauce

Step 1
1) Heat greased grill to med-high heat.
2) Mix garlic and chili powder until blended; rub evenly onto both sides of steak.
3) Grill steak and vegetables 12 - 14 mins or until steak i medium doneness (160 degrees F) and vegetables are tender, turning steak after 7 mins, turning vegetables occasionally and brushing all with bbq sauce for the last 5 mins.
4) Remove steak and vegetables from grill. Let steak stand 5 mins before slicing to serve with the vegetables.
