Ingredients
- 2 lbs of Chuck or Round Steak cut up
- 1 Can (10 oz) of Beefy Mushroom Soup
- 1 Can (10 oz) of French Onion Soup
- 4 Cups of Cut-up Potatoes (prefer Yukon Gold)
- 4 Cups Cut-up Carrots
- 2 (4 oz) Cans of Mushrooms
Preparation
Step 1
Put ALL ingreadients in a crockpot and cook on high over night. Do NOT add water to soup.
