Crockpot Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of Chuck or Round Steak cut up
  • 1 Can (10 oz) of Beefy Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Can (10 oz) of French Onion Soup
  • 4 Cups of Cut-up Potatoes (prefer Yukon Gold)
  • 4 Cups Cut-up Carrots
  • 2 (4 oz) Cans of Mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

Put ALL ingreadients in a crockpot and cook on high over night. Do NOT add water to soup.
