Sweet Summer Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 container vanilla low-fat yogurt - (8 oz)
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced peeled ripe peaches, nectarines or other fruits
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend or process on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.

Pour smoothie into 2 glasses and, if desired, sprinkle with additional wheat germ.

This recipe yields 2 servings.
