Smoked Salmon Tea Sandwiches with Ginger-Lime Cilantro Butter

Ingredients

  • 24 slices Pepperidge Farm Thin Slice Bread
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced smoked salmon
  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter - at room temperature
  • 2 ounces cream cheese - at room temperature
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt - add up to a 1/2 tsp to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Place all butter ingredients in processor and pulse just until ingredients are combined, about 30 seconds.

Cut a small circle out of the center of half the bread slices. Spread each slice with generous amount of butter. Place slices of smoked salmon on slice without hole in center. Place slice with hole on top. Cut out flower shape from sandwich.
