Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 pound spaghetti, cooked

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine chicken, broth, and soup in slow cooker.
2. Cover. Cook on Low 4-6 hours.
3. During last hour of cooking, stir in half and half.
4. Serve chicken and sauce over cooked spaghetti.
