Slow Cooked Pepper Steak

By

A dash of Kitchen Bouquet will make the sauce browner and richer but it's fine without it.

  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced -will not use garlic
