Peppermint Ice (Sophie Albright)

Ingredients

  • 1 C Crushed candy canes
  • 1 pound white chocolate, tinted pink
  • 3-4 drops of Peppermint oil

Preparation

Step 1

Place candy canes in a plastic bag and crush with hammer. Melt the chocolate in a microwave. Combine crushed candy cane with chocolate. Add peppermint oil. Pour mixture onto a cookie sheet layered with parchement or waxed paper and place in the refrigerator for 45 minutes or until firm. Remove from cookie sheet and break into pieces (like peanut brittle.)
