Ingredients
- CAKE:
- 3 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups 7up
- GLAZE:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup 7up
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine flour and salt and set aside.
2. Beat margarine,oil, sugar, vanilla, and almond until fluffy.
3. Add eggs one at a time, then flour mixture, and 7up.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hours. (cake rises do not over fill)
5. After cake has cooled, boil together glaze ingredients and pour over cake.
