Ingredients
- 3/4 cup teddy bear-shaped, chocolate graham cracker cookies, crushed
- Butter flavored cooking spray
- 2 (12 oz. ) pkg. fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup egg substitute
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teas. vanilla extract
- 1 (8oz.) nonfat sour cream
- 1 (21 oz.) reduced calorie cherry pie filling
- 1 cup reduced-calorie frozen whipped topping
Preparation
Step 1
Spread cookie crumbs on bottom of 9 inch spring form pan coated with cooking spray; set aside.
Beat cream cheese product at high speed with an electric mixer until fluffy; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add melted chocolate, cocoa, vanilla, mixing until blended. Stir in sour cream alternating. Pour into prepared pans. Bake 300 for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Top with cherry toppings.
