Parmesan roasted cauliflower

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 3 tblspns good olive oil
  • kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 cup freshly grated parm cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated gruyere cheese



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Cut cauliflower into florets and drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss well. Bake for 30 min, tossing once until cauliflower is tender and starts to brown. sprinkle with the parm cheese and gruyere and bake for 1 or 2 more minutes. Season to taste and serve hot.
