- 3 strips bacon
- 2 chicken cutlets
- 3 slices Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the panini press. Cook bacon on panini press until crisp and set aside.
Place chicken cutlets on press, close lid, and cook for 3–5 minutes. Open press and lay the bacon and cheese on one chicken cutlet and spread the mayonnaise on the other one. Carefully flip the mayonnaise-covered cutlet on top of the bacon-and-cheese-covered one.
Close press and cook for an additional 1–2 minutes.
Remove from press and wrap in a paper towel or napkin and serve hot.
