SHRIMP WITH SPICY CREOLE SAUCE

Ingredients
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- pinch of thyme
- 1 lb. large deveined shell-on shrimp
- 7 Tbsp. chilled butter, cut into 1/2" pieces
- 3 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. chopped garlic
- + warm bread for dipping in sauce

Step 1
Combine all spices in large bowl, ad shrimp and toss to coat.
Melt 3 Tbsp. butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add worcestershire sauce, lemon juice & garlic; saute until garlic is tender, about 2 minutes.
Add shrimp; saute until opaque in center, about 3 minutes. Add remaining 4 Tbsp. butter, stir until melted. Transfer shrimp to large bowl. Pour sauce over shrimp. Serve with warm crusty bread for dipping.
