Oriental Cashew Crunch

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Quaker Oat Squares (8 cups)
  • 3 oz. chow mein noodles
  • 1 c cashews
  • 1/4 c vegetable oil
  • 3 T soy sauce
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • 1 t onion powder

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 250 degrees. Mix cereal, noodles, cashews. Combine oil, soy, garlic and onion powder and blend. Quickly pour over nut mix. Stir to evenly coat. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread over baking sheet ot cool.
