Ingredients

  • 1

    egg, beaten

  • 1/4

    c ketchup

  • 1

    small onion, finely chopped

  • 1/2

    c bread crumbs

  • 1/4

    c minced parsley

  • 3

    t paprika

  • 2

    garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2

    t salt

  • 1/2

    t pepper

  • 1

    # lean ground beef

  • 2 1/2

    oz feta cheese, cut into 16 1/2" cubes

  • GLAZE:

  • 1

    12 oz jar orange marmalade

  • 3

    green onions, chopped

  • 1

    jalepeno pepper, seeded and chopped

Directions

In large bowl combine first 9 ingredients. Mix in beef. Divide into 16 portions and form into balls. Place cheese cube in center of ball. Place on greased rack in shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. In small pan, heat marmalade, 1/4 c orange juice, 1/2 green onions and jalepeno. Place meatballs in serving dish, pour glaze over and gently toss to coat. Top with remaining green onions and serve.
