Chili Cheese Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 3 cans chili no beans
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 7 or 8 Large flour tortillas
  • Shredded cheddar cheese (I used a cheese mix)

Preparation

Step 1


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

Mix together the chili no beans, tomato sauce, and approximately 1 ½ to 2 cups cheese

Put about a cup or so of the mixture in a tortilla and wrap it up like a burrito

Place the burritos seam side down in a 9x13 inch pan

Cover the burritos with the remaining chili mixture

Bake uncovered for 20 minutes
