  • 1 1 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 1 1/2-inch cup 1/2-inch pieces peeled papaya
  • 1 1 1/2-inch cup 1/2-inch pieces peeled pineapple
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 medium-size red onion, diced
  • 2 1/2 2 1/2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 2 2 tablespoons seeded, minced jalapeno
  • 1 1 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 1 1 packet stevia
