Pane Di Angeli - Bread of the Angels
Recipe from Cory's Hotel - Cortona Italy.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. sunflower oil
- 1 c. Vin Santo
- 1 handful raisins
- 1 handful pine nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all together with hands, Plop on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Vin Santo can be purchased at Italian stores or wine stores.
Sometimes it's hard to get these cookies brown - keep adding time.
