Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 squared unsweetened chocolate (4 oz.) melted
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teas. vanilla
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1/2 teas. salt
- 2 teas. baking powder
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix oil, chocolate and sugar. Blend in 1 egg at a time until mixed. Add vanilla. Measure flour by dip-level pour method. Stir in salt, flour and baking powder.
Chill over night.
Heat oven 350.
Roll teas. dough in confectioner sugar til round. Bake 10-12 minutes.
