Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded or cubed chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz mushrooms
- 1 large green pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- Lasagna noodles
- 1 small jar diced pimento's
- 16 oz cottage cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Saute the vegetables together, add soup and pimento's.
Layer each of these twice:
Noodles
Sauce
Cottage cheese
Chicken
Cheese
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
