Chicken Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded or cubed chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 1 large green pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • Lasagna noodles
  • 1 small jar diced pimento's
  • 16 oz cottage cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Saute the vegetables together, add soup and pimento's.
Layer each of these twice:
Noodles
Sauce
Cottage cheese
Chicken
Cheese
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
