Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tub (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed
- 3 1/2 cups cold milk
- 2 packages (4 serving size) lemon instant pudding and pie filling
Preparation
Step 1
Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of sugar and margarine in 13x9-inch pan. Press firmly into bottom of pan. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, remaining 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth. Gently stir in 1/2 of whipped topping. Spread over crust.
Pour 3 1/3 cups cold milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 1 to 2 minutes. Pour over cream cheese layer.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until overnight. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding just before serving.
*Berries Delight:* Prepare as directed above, using French vanilla or vanilla pudding mix. Arrange 2 pints strawberries, halved, over cream cheese mixture before topping with pudding.
