Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed or shredded chicken
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 can corn
- 1 can diced tomato
- 1 small can green chilis, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 16 oz jar salsa
- 32 oz jar of Great Northern Beans
- 4 cups shredded monterray jack cheese
- leftover taco meat
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and garlic in a little olive oil.
Add it to crock pot with all other ingredients.
Cook on high for 6 hours.
