Ingredients

  • Praline Sauce:
  • 1 loaf French Bread
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tblsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 3 tblsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups pecan pieces
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla.
  • Cook slowly until thick. Stir frequently

Preparation

Step 1

Cube bread, soak in milk. Add eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and raisins. Stir well. Pour butter into 9 x 13 pan. Add bread mixture.

Serve with Praline Sauce.
