Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 c butter
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 jar pineapple preserves,well drained
- powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all except for preserves. Roll our dough and cut with biscuit cutter. place less than 1 t of preserves in center, fold and crimp edges. Brush with eggwash, sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees about 12 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes.
