Ingredients
- 6 bacon strips,diced
- 1/2 lb.smoked kielbasa or Polish sausage,sliced
- 1 small onion,chopped
- 1 can(15-3/4 oz.)pork and beans
- 1 can(16 oz.)kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can(16 oz.) butter beans , rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 3 Tbsp.ketchup
- 3 Tbsp.prepared mustard
Preparation
Step 1
In a lrge skillet,cookbacon over medium heat until crisp.Using a slotted spoon,remove to paper towels.Drain,reserving 1 Tbsp.drippings.In the drippings,cook the sausage and onion over medium -high heat until sausage is lightly browned.Stir in the bacon and remaining ingredients.
Transfer to an ungreased2-qt. baking dish.Bake,uncovered,at 350* for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
